The Need to Rebrand
Refresh Network is an organization that provides a safe space to have real conversations. People who are suffering or lost can build resilience and confidence knowing they aren’t alone.
The organization’s existing logo served its role for their initial launch, but the ordinary black and white design didn’t fully convey the warm and comforting environment that the Refresh Network stands for. Plus, there was only one version of the logo to work with across all platforms.
We hosted a workshop with Refresh Network to define their brand attributes and customer personas. Having a brand strategy in place is important before any design work. This in-depth analysis helps pinpoint inspiration and streamline the design process. With this information, we created a brand identity that Refresh Network is proud to showcase.
Rebranding Refresh Network has given them the confidence to promote their company with pride and they also feel good about those that interact with their brand.
Their brand now stands for who they are and how they want to portray to their audience.
